Leads each engagement as Project Director, with responsibility for the delivery of major works contracts. Extensive hands-on experience as project manager and project director for a major port landowner and its tenants, delivering distribution centres, a logistics and quarantine facility, a depot with workshop and office and an embedded electrical network for the estate, including a distribution centre with a 6 Star Green Star rating. Takes each project from feasibility through design, construction, practical completion and the defects period.
